Z.-W. Zhan was born on 9th, Aug., 1978 in Beijing. He received his B.S. Degrees from College of Mathematics, Peking University, and received his Ph.D Degree from Academy of Mathematics & Systems Science, Chinese Academy of Science. Now he is a project manager of China Aerospace Engineering Consultation Center.
