He received his B.S. and M.S. Degree of Applied Mathematics (Operations Research and Control) from Lanzhou University in 2000 and 2003 respectively, a Ph.D. in Fundamental Mathematics (Operations Research and Control) from Lanzhou University, and get a postdoctoral position in Academy of Mathematics and System Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2008 to now. Now he also is a lecturor of Lanzhou University.
