YuqingQiu was born in July, 1981 in Yunnan, China. He received his B.S. Degrees from Department of Mathematics, Yunnan University, M.S. Degrees also from Department of Mathematics, Yunnan University, and now he is a candidate of Ph.D. in Operations Research and Control Theory, Academy of Mathematics & Systems Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His future research interests, will be within the areas of Bioinformatics, Machine Learning, Nonlinear Optimization, Operations Research and Combinatorial Optimization, etc.
