Xue-mei Ning was born on July, 1979 in Inner Mongolia, China. She received her B.S. Degrees from Department of Mathematics, Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities, M.S. Degrees from Department of Mathematics, Inner Mongolia University, and her PhD from the Institute of Applied Mathematics for Operations Research at Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science, CAS. Her research interests are in the areas of multi-objective programming theory, combinatorial optimisation and bioinformatics.
